about
well fed days is for people who want food and life to feel joyful, nourishing and uncomplicated
For me, wellness begins in the kitchen, with genuinely delicious recipes, practical skills and ideas that make everyday eating feel easier, but it moves beyond the plate, too.
Being well fed is not about perfection or always knowing or doing the ‘exact right’ thing. The intention is to feel supported in your body, confident in your choices, nourished enough to live a full life and devoted to the journey.
a little about me
I’m Daisy, a qualified coach, lifelong food lover and someone who has had to rebuild her own relationship with food, health and her body. I grew up in kitchens and was surrounded by chefs growing up. Food has always meant more to me than what is on the plate. Food represents connection, community, care and joy. After using food, movement and lifestyle changes to put hormonal imbalances into remission and lose 40kg whilst building strength (in mind and body), I’ve learned to harness my knowledge of becoming to support those around me - and now I’m inviting you into this space with me. Well fed days comes from this personal journey; learning that nourishing yourself can support your goals without overwhelming your life, and that you are allowed to enjoy food while building an aligned life that you feel truly proud of.
we meet a well fed life in a few ways, here’s what you’ll find here.
